Dr. Haddock graduated from the University of Georgia cum laude with a bachelor of science degree in biology and received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. He completed his residency in family medicine at the UT College of Medicine Chattanooga. Dr. Haddock and his wife, Rachelle, live in Ringgold.

Dr. Haddock is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
