About / Overview
As Chief of the Division of Pediatric Endocrinology, I am thrilled to be part of the Children’s Hospital at Erlanger and the Chattanooga community. I have experience in both the academic and private sectors of pediatric endocrinology, having served as Division Chief and Associate Professor at the University of Louisville and then as a Pediatric Endocrinologist at McLeod Medical Center in South Carolina before joining Erlanger in June 2016. I enjoy treating all aspects of pediatric endocrinology and diabetes. My ultimate goal is to make children and adolescents with these conditions as healthy as possible while making the treatment fit their lifestyle, rather than vice versa. I am Board Certified in Pediatric Endocrinology and hold the rank of Associate Professor in the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. I am actively involved in the education of pediatric residents and medical students and also enjoy participating in clinical research. On a personal note, my husband and I have teenage triplet boys and enjoy water sports.
