About / Overview

Sammie is a Littleton, Colorado native who received her Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training from Northern Kentucky University in 2015. She also received her Masters of Education from Mercer University in 2017. Sammie has been a certified athletic trainer since 2016 and moved to Chattanooga in 2017. She is licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia. Prior to moving to Chattanooga, she was a certified athletic trainer at Mercer University from January 2016-June 2017. Sammie has been a secondary school athletic trainer since June 2017. She is an ImPact Trained Athletic Trainer and holds multiple certifications in RockTape's FMT classes. In 2022 Sammie was named the Tennessee Athletic Trainers' Society Joe Worden Clinic/Professional Athletic Trainer of the Year. In her free time, Sammie enjoys reading, traveling, sports graphic design, and spending time with her dogs, Izzy & Kona. 

Sammie provides athletic training services for Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts.
