About / Overview
Originally from West Virginia, Dr. Fox specializes in Family Medicine and is a certified Lifestyle Medicine provider. He has been a faculty member for the University of Tennessee Family Medicine Residency program since 2013 and completed a longitudinal Faculty Development Fellowship Program at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill in 2015.
Dr. Fox has a particular interest in Lifestyle Medicine to help people become healthier and reducing medications instead of managing illness alone.
During his time at Erlanger, Dr. Fox has presented posters at two national meetings including the Society of Teachers in Family Medicine and the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine. He has authored two articles in the Journal of Family Practice.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer and tennis, and participating in endurance events.
