Rural Health Clinics
All Erlanger Western Carolina Primary Care locations are certified Rural Health Clinics. With a mission to improve patient access to primary care services in rural communities, our clinics take a team approach where physicians work with non-physician providers including nurse practitioners (NPs) and physician assistants (PAs) to provide healthcare services. Dr. Gary Roper is Medical Director for our rural health program.
