Rachel Harris, BSN, RN, Chief Nursing OfficerRachel Harris is Senior Vice President and Chief Nurse Executive for Erlanger Health System.  This role also includes oversight of the health system's Case Management functions.

Rachel has dedicated her career to Erlanger nursing and actually started as a “candy striper” at Erlanger in the 1980s. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 1994. 

Rachel’s nursing experience includes serving as Administrator and Assistant Chief Nursing Officer of Erlanger East and North Hospitals. Her previous responsibilities also include being House Supervisor and serving as Nurse Manager for several of Erlanger's key medical areas including Heart Failure, Dialysis, Stroke, and Surgical Intensive Care units.
