With over eight years of experience in an executive-level Human Resources role and almost 20 years of experience in various HR roles, Wendy has ample experience in creating and nurturing strategic partnerships across the organization. She is an accomplished leader in organizational change management and solution-driven problem-solving. Wendy brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the field, and we are confident that her leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization.

Wendy joins Erlanger from Logan Health System in Kalispell, Mont. Prior to her position in Montana, she held leadership roles at several health systems and healthcare companies across Louisiana and Texas. She holds a doctoral degree in education focused on organizational learning and change from Baylor University and a Master’s in Human Resources and Leadership Development from LSU.
